Hello, I Have Been Taking 25mg Of HCTZ And The

Hello, I have been taking 25mg of HCTZ and the marking on the pill was H2. This worked well and kept my blood pressure at 120/80. Now my pharmacy has switched to another supplier and the pill is marked3571/v. My pressure has gone up and I feel dizzy. canyou tell me the difference in inactive ingredients and if they are the reason this would be happening? Thank you, Peta
