Hello , I Have Been Taking Anavar For The Past

Hello , I have been taking Anavar for the past week on a daily basis , also I take my regular multivitamins once a day + Chondrotrin-Glucosamine for my knee discomfort , but a situation arise that I need to take Clindamycin Oral 300mg for the next 5 days . Should I discontinue the use of my regular Med & Vitamins or is it ok to keep the the norm with the Antibiotic prescription ?
