Hello, I Have Been Taking Azurette (birth Control) For About

Hello, I have been taking Azurette (birth control) for about four or five months and I recently switched to microgestin. I just finished my 2nd or 3rd pack of the microgestin but during my last week taking the inactive pills I didn't get my period. I have never missed a pill and my boyfriend has never came inside me he has always pulled out. Should I be worried that I didn't get my period this month? Or is is because I switched pills? I'm super stressed about this and I know stress can delay it even more. Thank you
