I have been taking Carvedilol 12.5mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg for two years for high blood pressure. There were times when my bp would go up from a normal 140/80 to 151/100. For some reason in the past week my blood pressure has ranged from 120/80 to 117/66. As a result sometimes I feel a bit lightheaded. My pulse has always remained in the 70s. Is this normal?
