Hello: I Have Been Taking "Dicetel" Which Is Pinaverium Bromide

Hello: I have been taking "Dicetel" which is Pinaverium Bromide film-coated tablets. I can't find it in the USA. I have come from Canada for the winter without an adequate supply. Where can I get it? I'm currently in Pharr Texas which is close to McAllen, Texas. I've tried 2 pharmacies here and the pharmacists both said they have never heard of it, and that it is not available here. Thanks for your help.
