Hello, I Have Been Taking PAN D For Beyond A

Hello, I have been taking PAN D for beyond a year now and prior to that I used to take Happi D for almost 3 years. I have been to a gastroenterologist but they said that my stomach looks normal. The days I dont take these tablets I get severe acidity problems (thats why I started taking these medicines which were prescribed by the doctor). I want to get rid of these tablets as I had deficiency of Vitamin B12 and even got a stroke because of it.
