Hello, I Have Been Taking Clopidogrel For 2 Years, After

Hello, I have been taking clopidogrel for 2 years, after 5 strokes and a clot to the brain. I have days where I am very normal but suddenly my body goes very downhill.
out of nowhere I find it hard to breath, to move, get very weak in the body, cant think and my memory is hard to concentrate. and I shake, suffering big brusies. have to lie down. should I stop this drug now ? I am 60 - 61yrs
