Hello. I Have Been The Victim Of An Amateur Chiropractor

Hello. I have been the victim of an amateur chiropractor that has repeatedly injured my neck. He would jerk it to one side. Then the other. (My father thought he knew how to "align spines". Now, many years later I'm having both my arms and legs fall asleep when I'm trying to rest. It also feels cold in spots and charley horses happen. My question is what can be done about this? How would I be fixed and what can I be doing to help heal myself? Thank you
