Hello. I Have Been Treated For Chlamydia T. With Azithromycin

Hello. I have been treated for chlamydia t. With azithromycin 2 pills twice a day for three days and one pill each day for next three days. My symptoms changed. Before treatment my penis was itching while urinating and i had white discharge. Now about one and a half week after taking drugs i have very small amount of clear discharge and tip of my penis is ocassionaly itching and is sensitive for manipulation. Are these syndroms the evidence of presenting chlamydia bacterias or is it just normak reaction and it will dissapear?
