Hello! I Have Been Trying To Conceive And My Doctor

Hello! I have been trying to conceive and my doctor advised I lose some weight. I started a weight loss program and have been receiving B12 and Lipo Injections. I have been having some symptoms this past week that I believe could be early pregnancy, but my period isn’t due for another week from today. Could the injections put my pregnancy at risk? Could they be effecting my chances of getting pregnant in any way? I’ve lost 27 lbs so far, and my goal is 50 to bring me under 200 lbs. I appreciate any advice!
