What Causes Bilateral Cortical Irregularity Showing On CT Abdomen And Left Lower Abdominal Discomfort After Treating UTI With Ciprofloxacin?

Hello I have bilateral cortical irregularity on ct abdomen. I have a discomfort in left lower abdomen. Few days back I have a uti episode .urine showed pus cell upto 5.i took ciprofloxacin 7 days course and than repated ct again .Still it showed cortical irregularity.
