Hello. I Have Chronic Pain Since I Have Had 2

Hello. I have chronic pain since I have had 2 back surgeries and several other surgeries and then in 2003 I was in a very terrible car accident which left me with 3 herniated disc in lower back and 203 in my neck and nerve pain in all extremities. I have been taking Vicodin 10/650 until they recently discontinued it. Now I am taking nor on 10/325 but I am not getting the same relief that I did. What pain medicine can work as well as the Vicodin 10/640. I am on Percocet 10/325 right now. But they do not last long enough to stop the chronic pain and give me some of my life back so I can function.
