Hello, I Have Clear Liquid That Runs Out Of My

Hello, I have clear liquid that runs out of my nose when I been down or lay a certain way on my side and it runs out quickly. Its clear and tasteless. Could that be spinal fluid? I do see a neurologist and a ear nose throat doctor. They both ask me if I have ever got hit in the head. Which is no. Ive had a Mri done a couple months ago for my face . And never got any results back. They tell me to get a sample of it and take it to any hospital to get it checked out to see if it is Spinal Fluid.
