I have dealt with positional vertigo for a year. I have not had any major symptoms for the past two months. I became sick last year a few days after receiving the flu shot. I have not had the flu shot yet this year, for fear of the vertigo returning. I am worried because it is important to have the flu shot. Are they connected? What is the best thing to do?
