Hello, I Have Developed 2 Areas That Are Red On

Hello, I have developed 2 areas that are red on the bottom crease on buttocks they are about 5 inches and 1'4 inch , There are No blisters or craters . I have trach and must sit up in bed to sleep . My insurance has double cost of Santyl to 130.00 onstead of 60.00. I also have to wear Depends @ nite as I'm incontnant . I don't wear Depends during the say. In June I fractured my left shoulder- head and neck of humerus in 3 pieces. Can you tell me what I should ise. I also use Calmoseptine day and nite. Thank you
