Hello, I Have Developed A Deep Hacking Cough Which I

Hello, I have developed a deep hacking cough which I can hear and feel like gurgling when I breathe. The cough causes my head to hurt and of course now after going on 3 days, it is making my chest/muscles hurt. I am wondering if the girgling I hear could mean I may have some sort of pneumonia??
