Hello I Have Felt Something Moving In My Lower Abdomen

Hello I have felt something moving in my lower abdomen and somewhat of numbness as well I have done pregnancy test at home but they are negative, I have been light headed and pain in my breast but it does not persist is more like for a moment and it goes away.
