Hello, I Have For The Past 2 Or 3 Days

Hello, I have for the past 2 or 3 days noticed red patch under my right eye. It is not itchy just appeared there recently. I do have psoriasis but, never on my face. I am 66 yrs, old and keep my face healthy by using coconut oil and moisture cream. What might it be? Thankyou.
