Hello, I Have Frequent Sinus Infections And This Summer Exposed

Hello, I have frequent sinus infections and this summer exposed to horrible wildfire smoke. last week I started feeling kinda tired headache sore throat and feverish in the evenings. Today I noticed my face is covered with small bumps covering the left side of face and larger red bumps on both sides of nose? I also have been feeling some nausea and ears plugged and dizziness. I do have a deviated septum and pretty bad allergies.
