I have gained 10 pounds in the last three weeks and didn't change anything about my diet. I bloat tremendously after every meal. I thought it was a lactose allergy, I started keeping a food chart and noticed it didn't make a difference. I was just wondering what this could be? I am trying to lose weight and i'm not progressing.
