Hello, I Have Got Some Spot Pains On The Legs

Hello,

I have got some spot pains on the legs which are painful when I touch them. They are motly aroun the ankle area and foot.
Recent blood tests show I have very low Vitamin D and Iron. Is it caused by the deficiency. I have started on supllements for these.
