Hello.... I Have Got White Crusty Flakes On My Scrotum

I have got white crusty flakes on my scrotum and just reached the thighs. when the flakes are removed i see pink colored skin.. Also at the junction of the groin and thighs i can see yellowish brown flakes. its itchy too... is this a fungal infection/???
