Hello, I Have Gotten Paranoid About The Use Of Tylonol

Hello, I have gotten paranoid about the use of tylonol in my prescriptions. I use an average of 4 doses containing 325mg of tylonol. I have heard 3500-4000 mg is the max. the most I take is 8 in one day equaling 2600mg (this is rare) if im in lots of pain. I don't drink an I don't take any other meds. being that its below the max dose.. am I safe?
