Hello, I Have Had A Ache In My Right Side

Hello, I have had a ache in my right side under my rib cage for little over 24 hours. I have been told in few years ago that I had non-aco fatty liver. I started eating better and enzymes went back to normal. I have been eating bad again. My question is does a fatty liver go completely away if I exercise good eating habits. I'm worried. I don't smoke or drink and I am 5'6 135 pounds. 55 years old. Thank you.
