Hello, I Have Had A Bad Cough For Over 3

Hello, I have had a bad cough for over 3 weeks. This past week it has gotten worse. I have been getting cough attacks in the middle of the night which cause me not to be able to catch my breath. I am not weezing. But my chest does hurt. It feels like I have a tickle in my throat that I can't seem to get out.
