Hello, I Have Had A Couple Of Hemorroid's Removed In

Hello, I have had a couple of hemorroid's removed in the Dr Surgery with banding but I don't think this is what I have now. A bumpy 'cauliflower' looking area - sometimes a bit sore but no bleeding. What would be the best avenue to go to have this fixed.
