Hello I Have Had A Lymph Node For More Than

I have had a lymph node for more than one year after it was discovered that i have a PNS Mass on my nasopharynx. I have had a biopsy and was told i had nasopharyngeal tuberculosis but didnt get better after 6 months of treatment. Should i get worried because sometimes i get weak and very dizzy. Am currently waiting for my second biopsy results.
