I have had a sore throat and tongue for 6 weeks. Throat feels as if I am choking, difficulty swallowing, tightness. Tongue is painful, feels as if it has cuts on it and metallic or strange taste in mouth. Have taken Zithromax which lessened symptoms but did not get rid of it.
