Hello, I Have Had A Swelling In The Right Side

Hello, I have had a swelling in the right side of my neck, just under my ear for about 5 months. I have already taken a course of antibiotics and it did not help. I have also had a ultrasound showing something about enlarged lymph node, I also suffer from thyroid disease. I am scheduled for a CT but would like to know what it could possibly be.
