Hello! I Have Had A Very Dry Nose For About

Hello! I have had a very dry nose for about 1 month now. This has never happened before. Now that same side is sore on the inside. and the tip on the inside, outside and side of my nose is red and very painful. It feels like I have a huge pimple coming out. What should I do to cure this problem. Thank you for your advice.
