Hello I Have Had Acne In My Teens And I

Hello I have had acne in my teens and I am now 40yrs of age with light acne. I did accutane about a year ago but still get a spot here and ther that never comes out as puss. It becomes like a want to say white dry skin scale and hardens. Takes forever to heal.
