Hello. I Have Had An Elevated Aso For Almost 2

Hello. I have had an elevated aso for almost 2 years now. My levels are currently 571 down from 750. I have taken different types of medications and I am allergic to penicillin. Is there anything that I can do to help with the symptoms? Since all this started I have had numerous panic attacks and have never had them before all this started.
