Hello, I Have Had Back/neck Problems For Several Years. I

Hello, I have had back/neck problems for several years. I have had 2 surgical C5/C6 Discectomies and a Foranamotomy at C4/C5, C5/C6 and C6/C7.my most recent Mri scan shows several other issues and my question would be what are the risks for me in doing everyday things. Risks in excercising, and my occupational work Dr told me that if I simply stepped off a pavement the wrong way then I could end up paralysed , I would really value your opinion
