Hello I Have Had Burning Sensation On And Off For

Hello I have had burning sensation on and off for 6 weeks now. Initially diagnosed as a yeast infection, I’ve gone to a urologist. I was tested for chylmidia and gohneria which came back negative as well as a urine culture that came back negative for bacterial infections. I have been give no diagnosis since the last appointment with the urologist. I was hit by a truck 14 weeks ago and in addition to the main injuries. I was bruised on my testicles and underside of my penis.
Can you give me an idea on what could be happening?
