Hello I Have Had Exactly Below Symptoms From Last Few

Hello I have had exactly below symptoms from last few years.i am healthy otherwise but feel dizzy, headspins and feel like vomiting many times during day as well.my doctors have rulled out vertigo and was seen by ent as well.but thats nhs so im not sure.they dont seem to help at all.i infact suffer daily my mental health suffers too as a consequence. Can u help.i dont drink or smoke and am full time working mum.
