Hello, I Have Had High Blood Pressure For A Month

Hello, I have had high blood pressure for a month or so, that I am aware of. It was measured 140/88 a couple of weeks ago. The last couple of days it has spiked to 150/100 and was at its worst last night at 155/100. Also the last couple of days I have been having a generalized pressure from my neck up & head. Also very mild malaise and mild dizziness last night & today. Should I be concerned?
