Hello I Have Had Itchy Testicles And The Skin Between

Hello I have had itchy testicles and the skin between my testicles and my bum for the last 5 months I have tried all of the so called jock itch creams and powders and even natural remedies but nothing has worked . The area sometimes weeps when the itching gets to much and I can't help but scratch , please any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
