Hello, I Have Had Knee Problems Since I Was 9

Hello, I have had knee problems since I was 9 and now I am 19 and I can't really walk that well as my knees pops out of place and they lock so easy. They are so painful at times. It was my left leg at first and now it's both of my knees. I don't know what to do. Thank you
