Hello, I Have Had Localized Right Pelvic Pain, Irritation On

Hello, I have had localized right pelvic pain, irritation on urination, and some back pain. I had a urinalysis which showed Leukocyte esterase, wbc and moderate bacteria. negative culture. Was put on 10 days of doxycycline 100mg. Started to feel better the first few days but systems returned. My family doctor referred me to my GYN and said there wasn't much else to do on her end. What do you think is wrong? I would like to repeat the urinalysis after the 10 day antibiotic treatment but my doctor did not suggest that.
