I have had pain in my chest area (not cardiac) for a few days. i do not believe it to be gastric but may be esophageal. It sometimes is severe and the only relief is from ibuprofen. With that said, I am lead to believe it may be some type of internal swelling?? I find myself shifting my spinal column for relief. I'm a pretty tough and tolerable person when it comes to pain but this is relentless and is getting the best of me.
