Hello. I Have Had Pain On The Right, Back Side

Hello. I have had pain on the right, back side of my ribs. It comes and goes but pretty miserable when it's there. It wakes me up when I am asleep and very hard to deal with during the day. I am also having severe headaches in the back, right side of my head that makes me dizzy. It is in the same area that I had a brain tumor many years ago. (1978) I also have been very naseated and very tired. Is this something that I should be concerned about?
