Hello. I Have Had Reoccurring Eye Inflammation For The Past

Hello. I have had reoccurring eye inflammation for the past 4 years in my left eye only. I have been prescribed every medication under the sun. Prednisolone, Restasis, Durezol, and numerous other topical steroids and my chronic eye inflammation keeps coming back! I've been on topical steroids for so long that it has weakened my upper eyelid muscle to the point where it droops now. My current eye Dr has reached a point to where he does not know what else to do. I feel very hopeless with no other option. I've tried everything. My Dr is very smart and very caring but even I can sense that he doesn't know what else to do. The eye drop that works the best is Durezol. But being that it is so potent I can not take very often because it will increase my eye pressure. I really don't know what else to do. Any advice would help of if anyone knows of a corneal disease specialist in FL I would even consider making the trip to meet with him. I've spent close to $20k on medial visits and prescriptions During this process.
