Hello. I have had sex about twice a week and my husband and I have been trying for a baby for over a year now. My periods are very irregular and don't come every month. For the past 2 and a half weeks I have had light spotting only when I wipe which has never happened before. Also my vagina is extremely tight and my cervix feels almost lower than normal. I have had severe back pain and mood swings lately and feel like I'm eating for 3. Could I be pregnant?
