Hello, I Have Had Some Uncomfort In My Right Hand.

Hello, I have had some uncomfort in my right hand. Stabbing sharp shooting pain,followed by tingling and coldness in my finger tips ending with my hand swelling completely. Earlier this week I experienced sharp shooting pain in the back of my neck. When this would happen I was forced to keep my head very still in order to ease the pain. Once the pain would stop movement of my head and neck was much easier for me. I have these episodes regularly and I am not sure as to why. Please help me to understand what to do the next time.
