Hello. I Have Had Stabbing Pain Under My Right Rib

Hello. I have had stabbing pain under my right rib cage for two days now. The pain is intense when I lie down and I cannot breath. I can also feel my right lung or ribs gurgling or squeeking when I breath. The pain almost instantly is reduced when I sit up. I had sleeve gastrectomy six months ago so I worry alot about anything to be related. What is causing this pain and what can I do. Thank you.
