Hello, I Have Had The Paragard For Over A Year

I have had the Paragard for over a year a a half now. My periods were irregular at first but have become steady within the last 8 months. I just had my period maybe a week and a half ago. My bf and I had sex Friday night and after I had a light color pink discharge for only a few hours an then went away. Saturday night we had sex and after I went to clean up there was no discharge or blood. Then this morning I have a heavy bleeding that only last a few hours. I could tell it seemed like there were clots bc it was extremely thick blood. I am having lower abdominal pains and a slight fever earlier. I have already seen a doctor about two months ago and had a cyst on my ovary which I believed passed with my period. But i am just concerned bc now I am having heat flashes and continuously feel nauseous. Doctors are closed until Tuesday and I'm not sure I I should go to er now.
