Hello. I Have Had Tingling And A Slight Numbness On

Hello. I have had tingling and a slight numbness on the left side of my face for the past two days. Thought this was due to a crown that was being set. Saw my dentist today and he says it is not. Took panaroamic xray...nothing unusual and no cysts pressing on nerves. I had Bell's Palsy about seven years ago...opposite side of my face with lots of drooping and paralysis. This is different. Tonight, it feels like my left hand is tingly. I am in good health, low blood pressure, late 40s. Advice and/or what type of Dr. should I see?
