Hello, I Have Had Two Heart Attacks, Each Treated With

Hello,
I have had two heart attacks, each treated with angioplasty and stent. The first was in 1998 (an eluting stent) and the second in May of 2015. In addition, I had a stroke in August. 2016. All things considered, I'm doing pretty well these days. But I wonder: Among the drugs I have been prescribed are clopidogrel (25mg), losartan (25mg) and metoprolol (25 mg 2x daily).Do these three add up to redundancy or over-medication?
