Hello, I Have Had Unstable Angina Off And On For

Hello, I have had unstable angina off and on for years. Had two recent ER visits because of chest pain. Referred to cardiologist follow ER visits. Cardiologist has completed nuclear stress test, echocardiogram and I'm still symptomatic. Prescribed Toropl XL 50mg, tapered off of that medication due to problems with diarrhea. Prescribed Ranexa 1000mg daily now. Concerned that my high blood pressure may become problematic now that I am no longer on a beta blocker. Was on Atenelol 50mg for years. Please help me with some answers
