Hello!! I Have Hip Degenerative Disease, And Few Weeks Ago

Hello!! I have hip degenerative disease, and few weeks ago had a sciatic nerve go haywire. Three days ago I pulled a hamstring in the same leg(left). From what I understand a hamstring is on upper thigh. I have serious pain in my calf and my foot is still a numb/hurt. it hasnt turned blue for a few days. I* dont think i pulled it, what do you think. I can hardly walk, it hurts sitting, laying nd cant stand straight up
